The dining kitchen come fully fitted with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge and that all essential kettle as well as crockery and cutlery and lots of storage space. On the first floor there is a shower bathroom, which like the kitchen has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. The maisonette also benefits from a seperate entrance, two off-street parking spaces, a small patio area and access to a washing machine.
