A Deposit is required on all bookings in advance. All guest must fill out the Visitors book on arrival, overseas guests must provide a passport, which will be photocopied.
Check in is by appointment only for rooms & the apartment which is from 3pm - 9:30pm each day except on Saturday & Sundays 4pm - 8pm. Check out for all rooms and the apartment is by 11am.
Rooms are strictly for the number of guests it was booked for & other people found residing in the rooms will be charged the full rate for staying without prior permission.
Cancellation Policy
A credit/Debit card is required to secure all bookings, and this amount will be deducted before your arrival. If reservations are cancelled less than 48 hours before arrival we will charge for 1 nights stay. Longer stays will be charged at 1 nights stay +50% of the total booking.
A 2.5% handling charge is made on all credit card payments, there is no charge for the debit cards/cash or cheque.
Any damage to rooms caused by guests will be charged in full before leaving
